We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We had a ocean front room , full kitchen, balcony overlooking the beach. The location was perfect, the rooms were very very clean, WiFi was amazing !!! We would absolute stay here again!
I like it! Very clean, smells good, and it looks nice. I chose a pool-side room, which has a dorm-size fridge and a microwave. Nice little balcony. Everything works. The WiFi is nice and strong. Someone mentioned that the pool was too cold: there were like two days where it was too cold for me, but it was the middle of February. By the end of the week it was great!
Excellent hotel on the malecon. Beds are comfortable enough for beachfront property. We had an oceanfront suite which has 2 full beds in one room and a futon in the kitchen/diningroom. So you could comfortably sleep six people. The hotel has a private pool as well and a roof top deck with lounge chairs. I like this hotel better than hotel Linda. Book early as the Domani is often booked up and is in high demand. I strongly recommend this hotel while staying in Progreso.
Because this was our first trip to Mexico it would not be fair to make a comparison to US hotels. So this is more of a "what to expect" for tourist in a similar situation. Extremely clean! Although there's wear and tear showing everywhere it is spotless! The views from the patios are spectacular! Our room is a suite with table, refrigerator, sink. Has most all of the necessities. No elevator! Not common that we've noticed. Also, no wash rags, no dish towels. The front desk is not as friendly as the place we stayed in Merida but with Google Translate we were able to communicate and get things done. Couldn't use the ceiling fan in the bedroom because it only had one speed...blurringly fast! Only one receptacle in the bedroom and it was between the two beds. Overall it was okay. The location, cleanliness and price made up for the short comings.
Ideally situated on the Malecon with friendly bilingual service and complete appartement amenities. Pricy but good value.
Love this hotel 8 day stay staff is so nice . Pool is just great. Hotel is nice and comfortable and has what you need. Location on the beach and close to awesome restaurants and the views are amazing. Will be back again. Next time for two weeks
Great place to stay. The only complaint about the room was that the sheets are scratchy. The staff was nice & helpful. Entire building was kept clean. We felt safe leaving our stuff in the room when we went to thd Beach. This was my 2nd time staying there & it won't be my last!
We give this two star hotel a high rating of five for the excellent value it offers. Excellent security with a great location, it offers a pool and nice suites and friendly staff for a very reasonable price.
